These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between selfcaresheets e.K., hereinafter referred to as the “Provider,” and consumers or entrepreneurs who purchase digital products such as PDF documents, audio files, or other content via the website of the group practice Schleicher & Brückl GbR.

The Provider sells digital content (e.g. PDF files, audio files, online material) which is made available for download after successful payment. These are exclusively non-physical products.
(1) The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally
binding offer, but a non-binding invitation for the customer to submit
a purchase offer.
(2) By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding
offer.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as the customer receives an
automatic order confirmation.
(1) All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe. The
processing of personal data in the context of the payment process is
carried out exclusively by Stripe. Further information on data
processing can be found in the
Privacy Policy.
(3) Access to digital content is only granted after full payment.
(1) Digital content is available for download immediately after
payment.
(2) If there are technical problems with the delivery of the download
link or the provision of the file, the customer can contact support at
any time at support@download-schleicher.de.
(3) The customer is responsible for providing a functioning email
address and suitable devices for the download.
(1) For digital products, the statutory right of withdrawal expires
once the customer explicitly agrees that the download will begin
before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that they
thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
(2) Without this consent, the download will not be activated.
(1) Upon purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable
right of use for private purposes.
(2) Sharing, duplicating, public access, or commercial use of the
content is prohibited without written permission from the Provider.
(1) The Provider is not liable for technical malfunctions, download
issues, or incompatible devices of the customer.
(2) Claims for damages are excluded unless caused by intent or gross
negligence.
The offered digital products do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They do not replace a visit to a doctor. In case of health concerns, professional medical advice should be sought.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the website. Payment data is processed exclusively via external payment service providers.
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
(2) The place of jurisdiction is the location of the Provider, if
legally permissible.
(3) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity
of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
