If you're unable to keep your appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel it in good time - ideally at least 24 hours in advance - so that we can offer the time slot to other patients.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your current medical records, any available lab results, and a list of your medications. This helps us provide the best possible care and consultation.

Which treatments and therapies do you offer?

Our range of services includes immunology, neural therapy, shockwave therapy, regenerative therapies, allergology, naturopathic treatments, hemochromatosis therapy, and individualized diagnostics.

What happens during the initial consultation?

During your first consultation, we will conduct a detailed medical history, discuss your symptoms, and review any existing medical records. If necessary, we will initiate relevant diagnostics and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan.

What therapies do you offer for hemochromatosis?

We treat hemochromatosis using modern erythrocytapheresis as well as classical bloodletting. Our goal is to gently lower iron levels, relieve symptoms, and prevent long-term complications.

What are the costs for private patients?

For private patients, billing is based on the German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ). Costs are generally covered by private health insurance. We're happy to inform you in advance about the expected cost range.

How is billing handled for self-paying patients?

Self-paying patients receive an invoice according to the GOÄ, which is to be paid directly to us. We are happy to provide a cost estimate before the start of treatment.

Will I receive a transparent cost estimate in advance?

Yes, we will gladly provide you with a transparent cost estimate based on the GOÄ before starting treatment - ensuring full cost transparency.

Can treatment costs be reimbursed by statutory health insurance?

Our practice is a private practice. Statutorily insured patients can be treated as self-payers. In some cases, partial reimbursement by statutory health insurance may be possible if an appropriate request is submitted and approved.

What preventive check-ups does the practice offer?

We offer a variety of preventive check-ups including general health screenings, cardiovascular diagnostics, cancer screenings, immune status assessments, and personalized prevention programs.

What does a health check-up include?

A health check-up includes a comprehensive medical history, physical examination, blood and lab testing, and other diagnostic procedures tailored to identify potential health issues early.

How often should I have a preventive check-up?

We generally recommend an annual check-up. Depending on individual risk factors or existing conditions, shorter intervals may be advisable.

Which lab and diagnostic services do you offer?

Our diagnostics include blood analysis, hormone testing, immune status assessments, heavy metal and environmental toxin screening, genetic testing, and other specialized laboratory diagnostics.
