Allergies: What Can I Do About Them?

Allergies can be a heavy burden. That’s why you shouldn’t simply tolerate the annoying symptoms — take active steps against your allergy.

1. What Am I Allergic To?

The first step is a proper diagnosis, which includes an immune status check and various allergy tests.

2. Avoiding the Allergen

The first goal of any allergy treatment is to avoid the allergen (the trigger). This is especially difficult in the case of pollen allergies, as pollen is present in the air everywhere.

3. Detoxifying Therapy

That’s why we additionally recommend starting with a detoxifying therapy that removes inflammatory substances and waste deposits from the body.
During this detox phase, it’s essential to drink plenty of fluids — ideally magnesium-rich mineral water, special herbal teas, or alkaline broth.

Recipe for Alkaline Broth:

  • 1 liter water
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large piece of celery

Chop the vegetables and cook for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker. Do not add salt! Strain the broth and drink it unsalted. Prepare fresh daily!

4. Desensitization

Now the body is ready for desensitization. This teaches the immune system that its overreaction to harmless substances is unnecessary and should stop.

  • Blind Desensitization:
A small amount of blood is drawn and enriched with specific substances to produce active immune drops. These are taken for at least 1 year, enabling the immune system to develop targeted antibodies against the allergy triggers and neutralize them. A key advantage: you don’t need to know which allergen is causing the problem, as the antibodies in the blood provide the immunological stimulus themselves.
  • Black Seed Treatment:
Black seed oil contains essential fatty acids that influence fat metabolism and lead to the production of arachidonic acid, which triggers a regulatory immune response. The oil should be taken 3 times a day (approx. 3 g per day).

5. Behavior During and After Treatment

Anything that could impair the body’s natural healing abilities should be avoided during and shortly after the treatment.
This includes:

  • Regular daily routines
  • Adequate sleep
  • No intense sun exposure
  • Avoiding physical and mental overexertion
  • Fresh air, exercise, and leisure time
  • No hot baths, spa treatments, or overheating procedures
  • A healthy, balanced diet: vitamin-rich foods (fruits, vegetables, juices, milk, yogurt, plant-based oils), regular meals; avoid: animal proteins, coarse cabbage varieties, gas-producing foods, chemically preserved foods, coffee, alcohol, nicotine
